We have been engaged in various activities since our establishment in 2013.
The Female Doctor / Researcher Support Center establishes various systems to support female researchers, holds various events, disseminates information, and at the same time conducts questionnaires and needs surveys to provide a scale such as a checklist for a comfortable working environment. We are also focusing on building evidence that contributes to society for the active participation of female researchers, such as making papers on development, harassment and burnout, and presenting them at academic conferences.
